All payments made for Lifetronix services are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
- Access to curated robotics courses and learning paths
- Guided mentorship and learning support sessions
- Career guidance and technical consultation services
- Educational resources and curated materials
We encourage all learners to carefully review course details, curriculum roadmaps, and available resources before purchasing any service or subscription.
No Refund Policy
Once payment is processed, access to services cannot be canceled. This policy applies to:
- Requests for refund after purchase
- Change of mind after payment confirmation
- Partial usage or non-completion of learning paths
- Technical issues on user’s device or network connection
No Cancellation Policy
While we don’t offer monetary refunds, we provide these alternatives for learners requiring additional assistance:
- Extended access: Continued access to learning resources and materials beyond the subscription period
- Additional guidance: Extra mentorship sessions to address learning concerns and questions
- Learning path adjustment: Recommendations for alternative courses or resources better suited to your goals
- Technical support: Assistance with platform access or content-related issues

Learning Guarantee
In rare cases, we may consider refund requests for:
- Duplicate payments: Charges processed in error due to technical issues
- Service discontinuation: Platform services canceled by Lifetronix (full refund applicable)
- Documented emergencies: Medical or unavoidable circumstances (requires valid documented proof)
All exception requests must be submitted in writing to info@lifetronix.in within 3 days of payment and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
