Refunds
When a refund may be consideredRefunds are generally not provided for digital products after the product has been successfully delivered or accessed.
However, LifeTronix may consider a refund in situations such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Payment completed but the purchased product was not delivered and the issue cannot be resolved
- A technical issue prevents access to the purchased product and the issue cannot be resolved
- Other exceptional circumstances reviewed by LifeTronix
